It consists of main transparent acrylic tank, housing thermostatically controlled immersion heater, drain cook & transparent hemispherical unbreakable vessel. The base unit is made of chemical resistant powder coated sturdy frame, housing control panel, which includes digital rpm indicator with electronic regulator & microprocessor drive. An electronic motor is mounted on chrome plated rod, operates paddle/ basket at pre set rpm. |
